Here in the middle of Kolkata, there stood a grand, sprawling mansion that seemed to exude an aura of mystery and intrigue. The estate was surrounded by a high wall, with guards stationed at the entrance, giving the impression that a head of state or a high-ranking dignitary resided within its walls.

However, the truth was far more sinister. This majestic mansion was, in fact, the residence of Asia's most notorious gangster VEER SINGH RATHOR.

The mansion's opulent facade, with its intricate stone carvings and beautifully manicured lawns, belied the dark secrets that lurked within its walls.

The gangster's reputation for ruthlessness and cunning was well-known, striking fear into the hearts of even the most hardened individuals.

Despite the air of foreboding that surrounded the mansion, it remained a source of fascination for the locals, who would often whisper stories of the gangster's exploits in hushed tones.

The mansion stood as a testament to the gangster's power and influence, a symbol of the dark underbelly that lay beneath Kolkata's bustling streets.

"Sir, please come quickly! The doctor has arrived to see Baby ji." a maid informed her masters, dragging him out to his files.

His faces immediately sobered, their expressions turning worried. They quickly scrambled to their feet and moved toward a room.

"What's the doctor's verdict?" Abhay Roy, the CEO of rathore's automobile company, asked, his voice laced with concern.

The maid hesitated, her eyes darting nervously between the two men. "I don't know, sir. But the doctor has been examining the Baby ji for the past hour. He's been checking her vitals and running some tests."

The two of them entered the mansion, their footsteps echoing off the marble floors. They made their way to the main room, where the doctor was waiting for them.

"Ah, mr. Roy," the doctor said, his face somber. "I've finished examining the princess. And I have some news to share with you..."

"What", abhay asked looking at a young girl who was laying on bed unconscious.

The doctor's words hung in the air like a heavy fog, casting a pall of disappointment over the room. "I'm afraid there's been no change in ma'ms condition," he said, his voice measured and detached. "She remains in a coma, just as she was when you first brought her to me four years ago."

"Same response.Same response, you guys are giving me the same answer fucking last 4 years,"he said while looking at that girl ," if there is no improvement in his condition then what kind of doctors are you guys" there was a slight hint of anger in his voice.

The doctor took a breath, his eyes scanning the room as if searching for something," I'm sorry sir,But it took a long time to eliminate the drugs that were in her body and now she is completely free from the effects of drugs. and this in itself is a whole lot of change",he stopped, his eyes fixed on her

"I'll continue to monitor her condition, of course," he said finally. "But for now, I'm afraid there's nothing more I can do."

With that, he turned and left the room, leaving abhay to grapple with the crushing weight of his words. The silence that followed was oppressive.

She lay motionless on the bed, her beauty and vitality frozen in time. Abhay stood beside her, his faces etched with sorrow and despair.

The world outside might be moving forward, but for them, time had stood still for four long years. And now, it seems, it might remain frozen forever.

Abhay sat down beside Vaani's bed, his eyes locked onto her serene face. He took her hand in his, his touch gentle and comforting.

"Babe, can you hear me?" he whispered, his voice barely audible. "since when have you been sleeping now get up I want to talk to you about everything."

He paused, his eyes scanning her face for any sign of response. But there was nothing. No flicker of eyelids, no twitch of muscles. Just a deep, abiding stillness.

" I know babe you're in there somewhere," he continued, his voice filled with conviction. "I know you're fighting to come back to this world. And I want you to know that we're all here for you, waiting for you to wake up."

He squeezed her hand gently. "You're strong,. You're a warrior. And I know you can beat this. You just have to keep fighting."

As he sat beside her's bed, his mind wandered back to the day they had first met. It was during a mission to Kolkata, where they had been tasked with dismantling a notorious human trafficking ring that had been smuggling young girls out of the city.

Veer and their team had infiltrated the ring's hideout, rescuing dozens of girls who had been held captive. But amidst the chaos and confusion, one girl had stood out. Vaani.

She had been found unconscious, her body battered and bruised. With no identification on her, and no way to know who she was or where she came from, veer had made the split-second decision to bring her back to their mansion, to care for her and nurse her back to health.

But as the days turned into weeks, and the weeks turned into months, Vaani had remained in a coma, her condition unchanged. Despite the best medical care and attention, she had shown no signs of waking up, no signs of responding to her surroundings.

But as he sat beside her bed now, abhay couldn't help but feel a sense of frustration and helplessness. Veer had saved her from the clutches of the traffickers, had brought her to safety, but he had been unable to save her from the darkness that had consumed her.

"Babe," he said, his voice is soft and gentle. "your family will be waiting for you? get up now"

Abhy's eyes sparkled with mirth as he began to speak to Vaani in a soft, gentle voice. " Let me tell you a story,Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, there was a beautiful princess named babe. She was kind and gentle, with a heart full of love for all living things."

Abhy's voice grew softer, his words more whimsical. "And then, one day, a wicked sorcerer cast a spell on babe, putting her into a deep sleep.

He knew that Vaani couldn't hear him, but he couldn't help but feel that she was listening, that she was absorbing every word, every story, every fantasy that he wove around her.

As Abhy continued to spin his fantastical tales, the door to Vaani's room creaked open, and Veer walked in, not any type of emotions etched on his face.

"Abhy, you've been sitting here for hours," Veer said, his voice husky and deep."Get some rest? I'll take over."

Abhy nodded, his eyes never leaving vaani's face. "Yeah, okay. I think I've talked enough for one day."

Veer chuckled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "I think you've talked enough for a week," he said, his voice light.

Abhy chuckled, his shoulders relaxing as he stood up. "Hey, someone's got to keep her entertained," he said, his eyes sparkling with mirth.

They take care of her like a doll, They have been doing this for four years now. It's become a routine for them Every evening, abhay comes here and talks to Vaani. And every night, veer takes over, sitting with her, watching over her. It's become a part of their lives.

Veer sat beside Vaani's bed,his shining exterior seemed to stren, his eyes were not taking any emotions, almost a rock quality. He reached out a massive hand, his fingers brushing against Vaani's cheek, his touch surprisingly tender.

For a moment, it was hard to reconcile this image of Veer with the one that was whispered about in hushed tones on the streets. They called him the "King of the Underworld," a ruthless and cunning gangster who ruled with an iron fist, showing no mercy to those who crossed him.

But as he sat beside Vaani, Veer's demeanor was one of quiet devotion, his eyes filled with a deep affection for the young woman who lay before him.

He treated her with a delicacy that was almost reverence, his movements careful and precise, as if she were a fragile doll that might shatter at the slightest touch.

He got up from there and sat on the couch in front of her bed with his laptop and in no time his finger started dancing on his laptop.

As the first light of sun crept into the room, Dr. Sam arrived to check on Vaani's condition. He looked a bit disheveled, his eyes red-rimmed from lack of sleep. His usual calm and composed demeanor was replaced by a look of concern and worry.

As he approached Vaani's bed, he couldn't help but feel a sense of frustration. Despite the best medical care and attention, Vaani remained in a coma, her condition unchanged.

Dr. Sam had been treating her for years now, and he had grown attached to her. He wanted to see her recover, to see her smile and laugh again.

He finished his examination, Dr. Sam looked up to see Veer standing in the doorway, his eyes fixed intently on Vaani.

Dr. Sam felt a pang of unease. Veer was a powerful and influential man, and Dr. Sam knew that he would stop at nothing to get what he wanted.

"Good morning, Dr. Sam," Veer said, his voice low and smooth. "What's the latest on babe's condition?"

Dr. Sam hesitated, unsure of how much to reveal. But something about Veer's expression made him trust the man."To be honest, Veer, I'm getting a bit concerned. baby Ji's condition remains unchanged, and I'm starting to worry that she may never wake up."

Veer's face darkened, his eyes flashing with anger"Watch your tongue and pay attention to what you are saying",

"Sorry",he mummered. Abhay placed his hand on his shoulder to calm him down.

"Be careful next time",Dr. Sam nodded, feeling a sense of determination washed over him. He would do everything he could to help Vaani, no matter what it took.

But then a thought came to his mind that why had he come here ,his expression turned serious as he spoke, his voice measured and deliberate. "MR. Rathore, I need to discuss something with you. I have another patient who requires an urgent operation. It's a complex procedure, and I need to focus all my attention on it."

Veer's eyes narrowed, his face darkening with a scowl. "I don't care about your other patients," he growled, his voice low and menacing. "You'll treat babe, and only babe. If you try to treat anyone else, I'll make sure you regret it."

Dr. Sam's eyes widened, his expression shocked. "Veer, you can't be serious," he protested. "I'm a doctor, not a personal physician to you or your babe. I have a duty to treat all my patients, not just one."

Veer's face twisted in a snarl, his eyes flashing with anger. "You'll do as I say," he spat, his voice venomous. "If you try to treat anyone else, I'll make sure you pay for it. You'll be sorry you ever crossed me."

Dr. Sam's face paled, his eyes filled with a deep concern. He knew that Veer was not a man to be trifled with, that he was capable of great violence and ruthlessness. He swallowed hard, his throat dry with fear.

"I understand," he stammered, his voice barely above a whisper. "I'll treat baby ji, and only her."

Veer's face relaxed, his eyes gleaming with satisfaction. "Good," he said, his voice dripping with menace. "I'm glad we understand each other, Doctor. Remember, you're only treating babe. Anyone else, and you'll regret it."

Abhy's eyes narrowed, his gaze piercing as he turned to Dr. Sam. "What's the name of the patient you were going to operate on?" he asked, her voice low and even.

Dr. Sam hesitated, his eyes darting nervously around the room. "I...I don't see why that's relevant," he stammered.

Abhy's face darkened, his eyes flashing with anger"Just tell me," he growled, his voice menacing.

Dr. Sam swallowed hard, his throat dry with fear. "Dhruv Singh Rajvansh," he whispered, his voice barely audible.

Veer's eyes widened, his face pale with shock. He felt as though he had been punched in the gut, his breath knocked out of him. Dhruv Singh Rajvansh...the name echoed in his mind, sending a chill down his spine.

He remembered the conversation he had with Vaani before she fell into a coma. She had mentioned Dhruv's name, her voice filled with fear and anxiety. Veer's mind was racing, his thoughts swirling with questions and doubts.

Veer's eyes remained fixed on Dr. Sam, the sound of Vaani's machines suddenly changed, the beeps growing faster and more urgent. The heart rate monitor began to flash, the numbers ticking upwards with alarming speed.

Dr. Sam's eyes widened, his face pale with concern. "Her heart rate is spiking," he exclaimed, rushing to her bedside.

Their gaze snapped to Vaani's face, abhy's eyes scanning her features with a mixture of worry and confusion, but veer was not showing any kind of worries expression.

Veer was straining at vaani's face and then,it hit him - the name. Dhruv. The moment the sound of his name had reached Vaani's ears, her brain had responded, her nerves firing off a chain reaction that had set her heart racing.

It was as though Vaani's subconscious had been triggered, her mind reacting to the mere mention of Dhruv's name.

Just by his name a current flows in the nerves of her brain which has stopped working and makes every single part of her brain start working.

The machines continued to beep and flash, Vaani's eyes suddenly flickered open, her gaze locking onto Veer's face. The room fell silent, the only sound the steady hum of the machines and the soft gasp of Dr. Sam's breath.

Dr. Sam's eyes widened in shock, his face pale with incredulity. He stumbled backward, his hands grasping for the bed railing as if to steady himself. "Impossible," he whispered, his voice barely audible. "This is...this is a miracle."

Vaani's gaze fluttered, her eyes struggling to focus. She blinked slowly, her eyelids fluttering like butterfly wings. And then, in a voice barely above a whisper, she spoke. "Dhruv?"

Dr. Sam's eyes nearly popped out of his head. He stumbled forward, his hands grasping for Vaani's wrist. "This is...this is impossible," he repeated, his voice shaking with excitement. "You've been in a coma for years. The chances of you waking up, of you recovering...it's a miracle, babe. A pure miracle."

Vaani's eyes fluttered open, a faint glimmer of recognition sparked within them. But it was short-lived, and her gaze quickly became unfocused, her eyes clouding over like a misty dawn.

She tried to speak, but her voice was barely audible, a faint whisper that was lost in the silence of the room. Her body, weakened by four years of coma, lay limp and still, unable to respond to the stimuli around her.

But then, something strange happened. As the image of Dhruv flashed through her mind, Vaani's eyes welled up with tears, and a single drop rolled down her cheek, leaving a glistening trail in its wake.

Abhy's eyes widened in surprise, and he quickly reached out to comfort her. "it's okay," he said softly, his voice a gentle balm to her frazzled nerves. "You're safe now. You're in Rathore mansion, and we're taking care of you. You've been through a lot, and it's going to take some time for you to recover. But you will get better. I promise you that."

Veer, however, stood frozen, his eyes fixed on Vaani's face with an unreadable expression. He didn't seem to be reacting to the scene unfolding before him.his emotions locked away behind a mask of indifference.

Dr. Sam glanced at Veer, a hint of concern etched on his face. "Veer, maybe you should give her some space," he suggested gently. "She needs time to rest and recover. We can talk to her later, when she's feeling better."

He nodded and then they came out of that room.

As the door closed behind them, Vaani's body shook with uncontrollable sobs. The shock of waking up after four long years was still sinking in, and the weight of her memories was crushing her.

She thought of Dhruv, of the life they had shared, of the love they had lost. She thought of her family, of her parents and siblings, of the warmth and laughter they had shared.

The pain of their absence was like a knife twisting in her heart, and she couldn't help but wonder if she would ever see them again.

As the tears streamed down her face, Vaani felt a wave of despair wash over her. She was trapped in this bed, her body weak and frail, her mind foggy and uncertain. She felt like a bird with broken wings, unable to fly, unable to escape.

But as she lay there, something inside Vaani stirred. A spark of determination ignited within her, and she knew that she had to fight.

She had to get better, had to get stronger, and had to find a way back to her family and her life.

She knew it wouldn't be easy, but she was ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead. She was ready to fight for her life, for her family, and for her future.

Here as they stepped out of Vaani's room, Veer turned to Dr. Sam with a questioning gaze. "Doctor, tell me more about Dhruv," he said, his voice low and urgent.

Dr. Sam's eyes narrowed, his brow furrowing in thought. "Dhruv Singh Rajvansh," he repeated, as if trying to recall something. "He's a patient for whom they have been trying to get an appointment for this for several months but because of babe I am not able to do any operation. He's been in a critical condition, but...but there's something strange about him."

Abhay's eyes locked onto Dr. Sam's, gaze intense. "What do you mean?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.

"He was not like this earlier, for some reason he became like this 4 years ago, you might have heard about Rajvansh, he is the prince of Malwa.", veer's eyes narrowed on this and he started searching for any connection in it.

"You can go, Dr. and now you can see your other patients too. I will take care of babe.", veer mummered still lost in his thoughts.

As Dr. Sam turned to leave, he cast a reassuring glance at Veer. "Don't worry, Veer," he said, his voice calm and confident. "She will be fine. She just needs rest and time to recover. But for now, let's keep the conversations to a minimum. She's still fragile, and we don't want to overwhelm her."

Veer nodded, his eyes fixed on the same point face. "I'll make sure of it, Doctor," abhay said, his voice low and even. "Thank you for taking care of her."

Dr. Sam smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "That's what I'm here for, Veer," he said. "Now, I'll leave you to spend some time with her. Just remember, quiet and calm is what she needs right now and don't be hard with her."

With that, Dr. Sam turned and walked away,. After taking a deep breath abhy entered the room but veer reminder was lost in his thoughts.

Abhy's eyes returned to Vaani's face, his gaze softening as he looked at her. He reached out a hand, gently brushing a strand of hair out of her face.

"Babe," he whispered, his voice barely audible. "You're safe now. We're here with you."

Abhy's hand touched her face, Vaani's eyes widened in fear. She didn't recognize the man standing before her, his rugged features and piercing gaze sending a shiver down her spine. She tried to remember where she was, how she got there, but her memories were hazy and unclear.

And then, like a floodgate opening, the memories came rushing back. She remembered being kidnapped, remembered the fear and panic that had gripped her as she was dragged away from her family and friends. She remembered the darkness, the isolation, the feeling of being completely and utterly alone.

Vaani's heart began to pound in her chest, her breath coming in short, ragged gasps. She tried to push a hy away, but her arms were weak and trembling. She was trapped, caught in a living nightmare from which she couldn't awaken.

Abhay's face was a blur, his features distorted by Vaani's tears. She saw him as a monster, a kidnapper, a man who had taken everything from her. She was consumed by fear, her mind racing with thoughts of escape, of freedom.

"Please," she whispered, her voice barely audible. "Let me go. Don't hurt me."

Vaani's words tumbled out, abhay's face softened, his eyes filling with a deep compassion. He immediately understood that vaani still hasn't come out of her horrible memories. He reached out, his arms enveloping her in a warm, his arms enveloping her in a warm, gentle hug.

"Shh, babe," he whispered, his voice a soothing balm to her frayed nerves. "You're safe now. I won't hurt you. I promise."

Vaani's body trembled, her sobs slowly subsiding as abhay's words washed over her. She felt a sense of calm creeping in, her racing heart slowing as his warmth seeped into her bones.

"Please, babe," abhay continued, his voice low and soothing. "Don't try to talk too much. Just rest, okay? You're safe, and I'll take care of you."

As abhay spoke, Vaani felt her eyelids growing heavy, her body relaxing into the warmth of his hug. She knew she couldn't trust him, not yet, but for now, she just needed to rest, to let go of the fear and anxiety that had been consuming her.

With a soft sigh, Vaani let her head fall against abhay's chest, her body surrendering to the exhaustion that had been building up inside her. Abhay held her close, his arms wrapped tightly around her.

After her sleep,he stepped out of the room, he was met with a flurry of activity.

"How's she now", as soon he stepped outside of room veer asked to him.

"Scared", abhay said with a sigh and landed against the wall. His expression turning serious. ""She's still weak, and we don't want to overwhelm her."

Veer nodded reluctantly, his eyes still shining fixed on door. "Okay," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Veer's eyes suddenly darkened, like a storm cloud had swept across his face. His gaze turned inward, his pupils constricting as if he was staring into the depths of his own soul.

And then, in a low, husky tone, he spoke a single name: "Dhruv Singh Rajvansh."

He looked at him with raised eyebrows because till today they only knew his name and now veer added a surname with it.

The name Dhruv Singh Rajvansh continued to echo through the air, Veer's eyes snapped back into focus, his gaze locking onto Abhy's concerned face.

"I feel that there is some connection between the babe and that rajvansh",veer said making them frowned,

"how did you know", abhay asked while standing straight with a confused look.

"There are so many reasons, first the babe took his name before he became unconscious, secondly when we took his name, her condition improved and the third doctor said that Dhruv's health is also deteriorating for the last four years as dr.sam said to me", This thing hits Abhi in like a wave and he also nods.

"I need to find out more about Dhruv," Veer said, his voice low and determined. "I need to know what his connection is to babe, and is the babe safe with him."

Abhy's eyes widened in surprise, his face pale with concern. "Veer, what are you talking about?" He asked, his voice trembling with uncertainty. "shall we give babe to that dhruv?"

Veer's voice was low and husky as he spoke, his eyes locked onto abhay. "Never ?" he said, his tone laced with a hint of urgency.

Abhy's face turned thoughtful, his brow furrowing in concentration. "then why would you find out about him," he asked .

Veer's jaw clenched, his eyes narrowing in frustration. "Babe mentioned him before she...before she fell into a coma," he said, his voice tight with emotion. "She said only one name,Dhruv. I need to find out what she knows."

Abhay eyes softened, his expression sympathetic. "Ok," he mummered. "But Veer, If Dhruv has someone's relationship with babe, so should we let the babe go with them?" He asked for a look of concern.

Veer's face hardened, his eyes glinting with determination. "no.,In the condition in which we found her I don't think that dhruv would be her closely." he said, his voice cold and deadly. "I'll find out what happened to her,and I'll make sure that Dhruv pays for what he's done."

Abhy's eyes widened, his expression alarmed. "Veer, no," he said, his voice firm. "You can't just go off half-cocked.If Dhruv becomes someone close to babe, then she will be hurt"

Veer's face twisted, his eyes flashing with anger. But then, slowly, his expression softened, his eyes calming. He took a deep breath, his chest rising and falling beneath his shirt.

"You're right," he said, his voice low and even. "I'll wait. But I won't forget. I'll find out what happened to Vaani, and I'll make sure that justice is served."

"and why don't you want to let her go to him", abhay asked .

Veer shook his head, his expression turned grim, his eyes darkening with a hint of menace. "Because I don't know if he's a friend or a foe," he said, his voice dripping with intensity. "I don't know if he's the one who's been hurting babe, or if he's the one who can help her heal."

Abhy's eyes locked onto Veer's, his face set in a determined expression. "I'll help you find out," he said, his voice firm and resolute. "We'll uncover the truth about Dhruv, no matter what it takes."

Veer's eyes narrowed, his gaze piercing as he nodded in agreement. "Let's do it," he said, his voice low and deadly. "Let's find out what Dhruv's hiding, and let's make sure babe is safe from harm."
